2026 Nissan Leaf
After bleeding money for years and a recently failed merger with Honda, it’s safe to say Nissan is in dire straits. However, it’s not throwing in the towel. With Chief Planning Officer Ivan Espinosa taking the CEO role from April 1 and a fresh product lineup inbound, the Japanese brand is confident it can turn things around. For its most important markets, the troubled automaker has prepared a slew of products launching in the near future. As previously announced, the third-generation Leaf ... Read more

Ferrari Is Already Increasing Prices due to Tariffs
President Trump’s newly announced 25-percent tariff on imported cars has sent shockwaves through the automotive industry. Some brands will be hit harder than others, depending on where their vehicles are manufactured. Since Ferrari assembles all its cars in Italy, every Prancing Horse will be impacted when the new tax takes effect on April 3. Ferrari is raising prices by as much as 10 percent to partially offset the massive tariff. However, not all models will be affected. The company has ... Read more

Rolls-Royce Spectre Black Badge
Rolls-Royce Spectre Black Badge ... Read more

Mercedes-AMG refreshed the GT63 S E Performance 4-Door Coupe in late 2023. It received a minor styling makeover while retaining the potent hybrid powertrain before going on sale in summer 2024. You'll still find a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V-8 engine up front, which pairs to a single electric motor on the rear axle and the nine-speed AMG Speedshift automatic transmission. The engine makes 630 horsepower and 664 pound-feet of torque, but combined output is a staggering 831 hp and 1,032 ... Read more

With a sharp exterior and a modern cabin, the new Nissan Murano is much improved
If you caught a glimpse of this SUV in a crowded parking lot, would you be able to tell it's a Nissan Murano? Hell, would you be able to recognize it as a Nissan at all? For a company so otherwise, um, preoccupied with its current corporate situation, Nissan still does one thing very right: Design. The new Murano is no exception. Even though it uses a version of last year's platform, the 2025 Nissan Murano still feels brand new. It has a beautifully redesigned exterior, an equally appealing ... Read more

Debuting in China, the Model Y 2025 gets new front and rear fascias, a new interior, and more range.
As it begins its fifth year on sale, Tesla's most popular model gets a big refresh. This is the new Model Y, which first appeared on Tesla's Chinese website yesterday and goes on sale there in March, as our colleagues at InsideEVs report, other Asia-Pacific markets soon after. There's no word on when we'll get this updated model in America, but it shouldn't be too long. Visually, the Model Y changes a lot at the front, with a full-width light bar that takes cues from the Cybertruck and the ... Read more

It's hard to imagine finding a more comfortable and fully optioned mid-size SUV than the updated 2025 Genesis GV80.
When I get a new test vehicle, I try to get out of the city as fast as humanly possible. Driving in Seattle is miserable; driving near the holiday season when it’s always dark and raining is genuinely worse than the worst snarls Los Angeles has to offer. The paved ring of Dante’s Inferno is a hellish test loop. Unfortunately, I needed to run Christmas errands. There would be no escaping the orbit of the urban core of Cascadia. The only test this Genesis GV80 would get was in the grinding ... Read more

Sales Prove the Manual Transmission Is Saving the BMW Z4
It took BMW nearly five years to bring the manual Z4 to the US following its launch in Europe. American buyers were finally able to get their hands on the six-speed beginning early last year. But for BMW, that holdout may have been worth it; the manual Z4 outsold the automatic in the US in 2024 by a pretty significant margin. According to BMW, the manual Z4 accounted for 65 percent of the convertible's total sales in the US last year. Granted, the brand only sold 2,129 examples of the Z4 ... Read more

Porsche Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid - Tons of power, tons of weight, tons of money.
Nothing inspires mixed emotions quite like a performance plug-in hybrid. At first, it seems like a perfect middle ground between gas and electric. There’s smooth, emissions-free driving for running around town, big range and quick refueling for long trips, and huge performance when you let the engine and motor work in tandem. The new Porsche Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid does offer all that. But, it’s not quite as simple as having your cake and eating it too. Porsche facelifted the third-generation ... Read more

2025 Toyota bZ4X
The Toyota bZ4X rolls into 2025 with more black and less green. There's a new Nightshade Edition in the mix, and the price tag is lower—way lower. The electric crossover now starts well below $40,000, including Toyota's $1,395 destination charge. The 2025 Toyota bZ4X starts $38,465—$6,000 less versus last year's model. That gets you a single-motor XLE turning just the front wheels, still making 201 horsepower. Stepping up to the dual-motor XLE AWD costs $40,545, but you'll only get an extra ... Read more
