Rules for listing car posts on the Signal.Az site

Violation of the rules provided for on the Signal.Az Site, as well as the receipt of numerous user complaints about posts, can lead to blocking of both advertisements and contact information of their owners.

1.1. Submitting a post on this site, the User agrees with these Rules of the Signal.Az site and accepts the rules specified therein.

1.2. Each post is reviewed by a moderator before being published on the Signal.Az website. The review of the changes made to the post is carried out within an hour.

1.3. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information in the posted data.

1.4. All posts are added in Azerbaijani, Russian and English.

1.5. The added vehicle must be photographed on the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

1.6. If the rules are violated, the post will be blocked and will no longer be available on the site.

1.7. Only after moderator of the Signal.az site's approval a post will be displayed on the site.

1.8. All posts are moderated and checked for compliance with these Rules.

1.9. Making changes for a post can be done only twice a day.

2.1. The images must be taken of the actual condition of the vehicle.

2.2. The minimum image size for uploading must be 1024x768 pixels.

2.3. Images must be a good quality.

2.4. Using graphic filters or effects on the images is prohibited.

2.5. It is prohibited to use images of someone else's vehicle found on the Internet.

2.6. Images must include: the front and rear, and the entire front of the cabin.

2.7. The post must contain at least 3 images. Maximum number of photos allowed per post is 14.

2.8. Photos should not contain logos or advertising information.

2.9. Cars images taken near the saloons are not accepted.

2.10. Photos taken at a car dealership may only be posted on behalf of the car saloons.

2.11. The color of the car should be clearly visible in the image.

3.1. The information specified in the "description" section should not contain profanity or advertising information.

3.2. It is prohibited to indicate mobile numbers and other contact information in the "description" field.

3.3. It is prohibited to indicate in the "description" column information about the vehicle that does not correspond to the data specified in the columns.

4.1. Personal contact information such as phone number and e-mail address must be entered correctly.

4.2. After confirmation of the post and publication on the site, contact information no longer can be changed.

4.3. If a post contains an incorrect phone number, the post will be rejected.

4.4. The user is responsible for the accuracy, relevance, completeness and compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the information provided when placing a post and its purity from claims of third parties.

5.1. It is prohibited to add multiple posts of the same vehicle.

5.2. If the text about the car is in Russian, write it in Latin letters.

5.3. Posting non-existent information about the price of a vehicle.

5.4. If you disrespectfully contact an operator by phone or a moderator in a letter, the user’s contacts are blocked and he/she can no longer add a post on the site.

5.5. Retrieving contacts from the blacklist is impossible.

The administration of the Signal.Az website reserves the right to change and/or update these Rules at any time without prior warning.

All information, posts and images published on the Signal.Az website are the property of this resource. Any copying and use of materials and images without the written permission of the site administration is illegal and is prosecuted in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
